The importance of this development is determined by the appearance in recent years of pan-resistant superbugs resistant to all used antibiotics, therefore the NLS-method and computer express-assessment of the activity and resistance of a large number of pathogenic microorganisms to all existing antibacterial (anti-parasitic) drugs can become the only possible alternative to modern medicine.
The emergence of an increasing number of new antibiotics and a progressive increase in the number of strains with acquired resistance makes it necessary to urgently tighten the requirements for the accuracy and speed of assessment methods and begin the development of fundamentally new modern computer methods for assessing the resistance of microorganisms.
The method of computer NLS-analysis for assessing the activity and resistance of microorganisms to antibacterial drugs, developed by the Institute of Practical Psychophysics, meets all modern requirements.
The most fundamental changes in the methodology for assessing the antibiotic resistance of the computer NLS-analysis method are associated with the creation of:
the concept of interpretive accounting for the results of assessing antibiotic sensitivity based on nonlinear modeling of the microorganism under study with subsequent correction of the data obtained during spectral testing and the issuance of clinically oriented recommendations for therapy;
the concept of virtual etalons of group drugs, which allows to significantly reduce the time and volume of research to obtain reliable results;
a mathematical model of control systems for the reliability of antibiotic susceptibility assessment, which significantly reduces the likelihood of erroneous results;
a spectral-wave method for assessing the activity and antibiotic sensitivity of microorganisms, which makes it possible to assess the level of internal entropy in the molecules of protein compounds of individual tissues of the microorganism, as well as in the bases of ribonucleic and deoxyribonucleic acids when exposed to antibacterial drugs.
Without taking into account the above points, it is currently impossible to obtain timely and reliable results of assessing the activity of microorganisms and antibiotic sensitivity and, accordingly, the qualified use of modern antibacterial (anti-parasitic) agents.
Among other things, this technology considers the human organism and the bacterial (parasitic) agents inhabiting it as a single system of biotic relationships and determines certain functional changes in the human body
Organism caused by microorganisms as prerequisites for the occurrence of not only infectious, but also psychosomatic diseases. And, on this basis, it allows you to clearly define the examination program, excluding unnecessary consultations, reducing the examination time. This is important for correct and timely diagnosis and appropriate treatment.
